A practice-based approach for businesses and their CEOs to become regenerative

This dissertation explores the transition of businesses towards regenerative practices that contribute simultaneously to social, ecological, and economic value. It addresses the challenge of moving from degenerative business models to those that actively rejuvenate and enhance systems. Through a hybrid methodology combining grounded theory, abductive qualitative analysis, and autoethnographic insights, the research develops a practical consulting model validated through real-life case studies.
