Handboek ”Mijn personal coach aangepast sporten”

This PAPAI-programme handbook has been written by Afke Kerkstra for the partners of the SEDY-project around Europe. The handbook contains the description of the PAPAI-light programme, how it was piloted in the Netherlands in 2016-2017, and main materials and forms concerning PAPAI-programme. Hopefully, this handbook is a helpful tool for the SEDY-project partners who are willing to try PAPAI-programme later on.
