Practice what you preach: large group conferences as member check in intervention research

This article reports how principles and techniques of Large Group lntervention methods are used in two conferences that serve as member check in academic research. The aim of this research is to contribute to a more effective use of Large Scale Interventions (LSI) for organizatial change, by developing evidence based guidelines and tools for clients, consultants and researchers of LSI.
