Achter de voordeur (Behind the front door)

With 'Achter de voordeur', key figures take the lead: in a Mixed Reality experience, they have civil servants sit at the table with a resident who does not understand the government, gets stuck at a counter, or receives an incomprehensible letter. The experience is created with key figures: people who stand between the government and residents on a daily basis. Together with directors and professional actors, they translate recognizable situations into lifelike scenarios. An embedded reflection follows afterwards. The feasibility study is being conducted by 4DR Studios, in collaboration with BUas and the Municipality of Eindhoven.
