3Deze bijdrage aan de bundel kent een andere aanpak dan de andere bijdragen. Zij is niet geschreven door één lector, maar is een uitwerking van een gesprek dat heeft plaatsgevonden met 8 lectoren van Kenniscentrum Zorginnovatie. De kernvraag is wel dezelfde als bij de andere bijdragen: wat komt er op de zorg af en hoe zou de hogeschool daarmee om kunnen of zelfs moeten gaan? In deze tijd van corona is het bijna onmogelijk om het niet over dit onderwerp te hebben. Dat onderwerp is uiteraard ook besproken tijdens het gesprek, maar eigenlijk heel kort. Een paar trajecten zijn benoemd, waaronder het onderzoek naar de toename van vroegtijdige geboortes in het begin van de pandemie en naar zwangere vrouwen die corona hebben gehad en wat daarvan straks de mogelijke gevolgen voor het kind en de moeder zijn. Maar corona is eigenlijk geplaatst in een bredere context. Een benadering waarin niet zozeer het bieden van zorg aan de cliënt, al dan niet acuut, de boventoon voert, maar zorg wordt gezien als een onderdeel van de omgeving, van een groter systeem, om op basis daarvan te bekijken wat er aangeboden kan en moet worden. Dit heeft nadere uitleg nodig.

At the present time, nearly all Dutch nursing schools are searching for suitable ways to implement technology-based healthcare in their curriculum. Some Universities chose elective education, others a mandatory solution. Several studies were executed to determine competencies needed by nurses in order to work with technology-based healthcare. In 2016 a nationwide new curriculum for nurses has been published. Providing technology-based healthcare is included under the core competencies of this new curriculum. All baccalaureate nursing educational institutes must implement this new curriculum at the start of 2016 which will have a huge impact on the implementation of technology-based healthcare in the education programs. In the future, technology centers from Universities will collaborate and specialize, partner with technology companies and crossovers between information and communication technology and healthcare education will be expanded.

In summary we want to discuss:1) Courses and training in the field of nursing (General); elderly care, dementia and physical therapy.2) sending Chinese students to Groningen, Deventer3) training in the use of home automation and application of the technology in care homes, or in residential communities for seniors4) international cooperation, we strive for crossovers between schools and research centers, Hanze & Saxion and the possibility of organizing applied research at the Chinese organizations has been agreed. We now also have a Dutch healthcare organization that can serve as a model, and where we will also conduct research. (Tangenborgh from Emmen)There is a huge spread in the projects in which Heinrich, Jan and Jan Willem collaborate. Subjects range from studying domotica in the process of dementia in elderly care, to the transition from a collectivist society to a more individual society, both within the realm of social scientific research. Moreover, physical, biological and economical processes of change - for instance sampled by sensors- may also form the heart of the applied scientific interest of the team. The common thread is formed by the dynamic system description of the change processes over time. These are sometimes (within certain limits) linear, but much more often there is complex non-linear coherence, which, however, runs according to patterns (and therefore contains systematic components). Emergent properties, instead of determined linear chains. Modern data analysis techniques and insight into system thinking form the core. We work with beta talents, including IT specialists trained at ItVitae, in the Beta lab of Marcel Hurkens.

Het huidige thema van het Business Research Centre (BRC) van Inholland ‘duurzaam organiseren met een menselijke maat’ dateert uit 2010 en is aan actualisering toe. Dit verkennende onderzoek genereert input voor een thema dat mogelijkheden biedt voor de ontwikkeling van een stevige onderzoeksagenda en tevens ruimte geeft voor crossovers met de andere profilerende thema’s binnen Inholland: creatieve economie, gezonde samenleving en duurzame techniek en groen. Het onderzoek verschaft voorts inzicht in het verbeteren van het beroepenveld, het economisch en business onderwijs in de gehele breedte en de verschillende opleidingen binnen het domein Business, Finance & Law. Om richting te geven aan het onderzoek is de volgende centrale vraag geformuleerd: ’Welke ontwikkelingen in het economische werkveld doen zich voor en wat zijn de gevolgen hiervan voor organisatie en werk?’

A social media architect is an appealing new profession that entails crossovers between communication and IT & Design. There are no study programmes for this job. Important questions are how to interest secondary school pupils for such a new job, and how to prepare them for these jobs or jobs that do not even exist today? This research aims to set an example by presenting a realistic job profile of a social media architect by linking the ‘21st century skills’ to the context in which he/she operates.

While there is increasing evidence for the effectiveness of psychosocial support programs for cancer patients, little attention has been paid to creativity or art as a way of addressing their psychological problems and improving quality of life. This review provides an overview of interventional studies that investigate the effects of art therapy interventions on anxiety, depression, and quality of life in adults with cancer.

Rise of creative industries. Recognition of the importance of the creative industries is one of the notable developments of the fi rst 14 years of the twenty-fi rst century. The realisation has struck that, as the industrial share of the world economy dwindles, other forms of business are gaining in signifi cance. The creative industries have an important role here. This not only applies to the Western world, but equally to other continents such as Asia and Australia. Kunst en cultuur worden steeds meer geacht een rol te spelen in maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Dit legt een nieuwe verantwoordelijkheid bij kunstenaars en het kunstvakonderwijs. In het innovatietrainee programma Creatief Talent Werkt onderzochten HKU, AHK en ArtEZ wat nodig is om aan te sluiten bij deze ontwikkeling. Welke competenties hebben jonge, creatieve professionals dan nodig?

Tijdens het Futurelab VR Maestros is door het Expertisecentrum Creatieve Technologie onderzocht wat virtual reality-ervaringen kunnen toevoegen aan de praktijk van musici. Het lab vond plaats van 11 tot en met 13 april 2017 op HKU Utrechts Conservatorium.
Aan het driedaagse experiment deden docenten, studenten en onderzoekers van HKU mee. Eén van de doelen was testen of het mogelijk is een muzikant met behulp van virtual reality plaats te laten nemen in een eerder opgenomen orkestomgeving of ensemble. Ook vergeleken de deelnemers verschillende microfoon-, opname-, streaming- en mixage-technieken in de context van Virtual Reality.
