Respect and economy

In a conceptual model presented earlier we showed the relationship between the basic values of trust, respect and commitment and social capital in an organization as a source of innovational power, moderated by leadership styles and decision-making models (Oteman 2008). In this paper we explore the relationship between respect, trust and economic performance further with a literature study and by investigating three real cases in the context of the current economic crisis
