In reaction to the lack of intrinsic motivation of construction site workers, to wear their safety helmets at all times, a series of research projects studied causes and possible solutions. Goal is to gain an inspirational discussion to get the design onto the next level.
This paper describes a study presented on a conference poster (Persuasive 2014, 21-23 May, 2014, Padua, Italy) which shows how persuasive technologies are implemented in product design, such as using motivational theories and smart systems
