HyLEARN develops a responsive ecosystem of working, learning and innovation, where the development of knowledge and skills for (future) H2 professionals goes hand in hand with a shorter time-to-job. Organisations and companies see constantly changing demands on their staff and a shortage of available candidates. Understanding the changing tasks is essential for developing a responsive job structure, recruitment and skills development. More effective training, including on-the-job training, reduces time-to-job. With an understanding of learning journeys, surgical learning is developed. Regional responsiveness is enhanced by agile skills training in and across companies and learning innovation ecosystem in the green hydrogen chain.
