Daphne Hagen is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS). Her primary research interests revolve around location-specific marketing technologies utilized within service contexts. Her latest research project focuses on the potential of web-based augmented reality in supermarkets to encourage consumers to make healthier food choices.
Daphne is pursuing a Ph.D. at Utrecht University, where her research centers on the impact of digital marketing activities on the attractiveness of shopping areas to consumers. She teaches courses in marketing and research methods.
