As a Senior Lecturer-Researcher at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, I'm actively involved in teaching at both bachelor's and master's levels, while also contributing to the work of the Sensors and Smart Systems research group. My PhD research focused on mobile robot modeling and control, a field I find endlessly fascinating. Prior to my academic role, I spent four years as an industrial automation engineer, building expertise in machine design and maintenance through hands-on experience. Outside the lab, my passion lies in educational robotics, having dedicated over a decade to the field, including active participation in prestigious events like RoboCup Junior. I'm honored to have received multiple recognitions for my contributions, notably Best Paper Awards at OL2A 2023 and WRE 2018.
