Senior Researcher
Manika is a Senior Researcher in the Learning Technology & Analytics lectorate at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS). She holds a PhD in Educational Technology along with over ten years of experience in research and teaching in higher education. Manika has authored numerous publications in renowned international journals and presented at various global conferences. Currently, she leads the development of the Dutch 3E Framework in collaboration with Npuls, focusing on evidence-informed evaluation of EdTech effectiveness. Her research also addresses methods to preserve integrity in educational assessments, particularly in the context of AI-driven challenges.
