Typically, highly innovative individuals are naturally drawn towards entrepreneurship. It may be that some cultures enhance innovativeness more than others, leading individuals from these cultures to be more innovative than others. The intention is to study the cultural impact on innovativeness.
This study focuses on the business students from several countries, with a total sample size of 364 university students. Some of them have lived in multiple countries thus providing comparable data of multicultural students versus national data sets.
