Sr. Lecturer/Researcher Organisational Behaviour & Sustainable HRM
With an academic background at the intersection of Facilities Management & Workplace Design, Occupational Health, and Work & Organizational Psychology, I focus on how space, behavior, and human experience interact in the current (and future) workplace.
I am a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Sustainable HRM, as well as Graduation Coordinator at Breda University of Applied Sciences. My main interest is in how the design of work and workplace environments can support individual well-being and sustainable careers.
My PhD research, conducted at Nyenrode Business University, explored identity work and how navigating multiple work and nonwork identities affects health and well-being of workers.
In all my work, I advocate for creating environments where people can sustainably navigate their multiple identities, both in- and outside of work.
